The create an account, sign on as if you already had it:
For example, if I want my username to be ID, I'll type in ID as the username.
If I want my password to be waffles, I type in waffles as the password.
This is called automatic account making*. Pretty simple.
Then, it'll take you to accept the NCSoft terms and blah blah blah...

*Unporper account names, such as "a," "2," or "John," will be deleted, and the IP banned.
